SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Items purchased from Wellmedicare Limited can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. During this period, you are entitled to examine the product as you would in a physical retail store. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.


How to Return an Item

If you decide to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving it. You can do this by:

  • Filling out the return form on our website, or

  • Emailing us at info@nadmedicare.com, or

  • Using the model cancellation form at the end of our Terms and Conditions.

After informing us, you must send the item back within 14 days. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The estimated return shipping cost is a maximum of £4.00.


Return Processing & Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and begin processing your refund. If the return is approved:

  • We will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving proof of return (whichever is earlier).

Please note: We are permitted by law to deduct from your refund if the product’s value has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to examine it.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sealed health or hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. supplements, NAD+ products).

  • Any product that has been used, damaged, or not returned in its original condition.
