5. Temperature-Sensitive & Perishable Products
Certain products sold by Nad Medi Care Limited require strict temperature-controlled storage and are dispatched using insulated packaging and cooling packs.
By purchasing such products, you acknowledge and agree that:
These goods are liable to deteriorate rapidly.
They must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.
You must ensure timely receipt of the delivery.
Selecting unattended delivery options is done at your own risk.
5.1 Risk Transfer
Risk in temperature-sensitive goods transfers to you at the point of confirmed delivery.
We are not responsible for deterioration caused by:
Failure to refrigerate immediately
Delayed collection
Missed delivery
Incorrect delivery details
Leaving goods unattended
6. Cancellation Rights & Perishable Goods Exception
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation right.
However, pursuant to Regulation 28(1)(c), this right does not apply to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Accordingly:
Temperature-sensitive products are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right once dispatched.
Such products cannot be returned unless faulty upon arrival.
This is necessary to protect product integrity and consumer safety.
7. Damaged or Compromised Deliveries
If your temperature-sensitive product arrives:

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund where cold-chain integrity cannot be verified.
8. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Payment must be made in full at checkout.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
