Shipping and Delivery

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.
You must pay delivery charges in addition to the price of the goods you purchase.
If your order is shipped outside the United Kingdom, it may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country. You are responsible for these charges. Contact your local customs office for more information. We are not responsible for these charges or any failure to pay them.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, including the recipient’s name. We are not liable for deliveries made to incorrect addresses due to inaccurate information you provided.
Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement
If you are a customer residing in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract to purchase goods from us within 14 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period:
Ends 14 days from the day you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods (if all goods were delivered together);
Ends 14 days from the day you, or someone you nominate, receives the last item (if goods are delivered separately); or
Ends 14 days from the day you, or someone you nominate, receives the first item (for regularly scheduled deliveries).

You may use our cancellation form, but it is not required.
The right to cancel does not apply to:
Custom or personalised goods;
Goods that expire quickly;
Health or hygiene products that were unsealed after delivery;
Newspapers or magazines, unless subscriptions.
Effects of Cancellation
If goods have already been sent to you, you must return them as soon as possible. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged during return transit.
We will reimburse your payment, including delivery charges (excluding any supplementary delivery charges), within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving proof that they were returned.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 14 days after you receive your goods.
We accept refund requests for the following reasons:
Item is broken or defective;
Item does not match the description.
Refunds do not apply to:
Sale items;
Used or unsealed health supplements.
Returns
