2. Suitability assessment

On arrival, our clinical team reviews your answers, medicines and medical history before anything is administered.

3. Your infusion

If suitable, your infusion is prepared and administered in a private room. If not, the card authorisation is released in full.

IV Infusion FAQs

Before your appointment

NAD+ is infused slowly. Plan for around 90 minutes for 250mg and around 2 hours for 500mg, including your assessment. Other infusions usually take 45–60 minutes.

The amount of NAD+ in the infusion. Your clinician will talk through which option is suitable for you during your assessment, and can change the plan if needed.

Your card is authorised for the amount when you book, and charged only after your suitability assessment. If the infusion is not suitable, the authorisation is released. For appointments more than a few days ahead the payment is taken at booking and refunded in full if the infusion is not suitable.
